Sandeep Gupta— Chief Technology Officer

Sandeep Gupta is the Chief Technology Officer at iPolicy Networks and is responsible for security research & product development. At iPolicy, he has been instrumental in delivering several of the innovative and patented leading-edge technologies in network security space. He has expertise in networking technologies, such as ATM, MPLS, IP protocol suite, IP Routing Protocols, IP QoS, NMS and IPv6 framework.

Sandeep has been with iPolicy Networks since 1996. Prior to joining iPolicy, he was Divisional Manager responsible for the switching software division of the Center for Development of Telematics (CDOT), a premier Telecom R&D center of the Government of India. Sandeep was leading a large team and was responsible for delivery of Remote Switching Unit and MAX-XL, a carrier class voice switch. Sandeep holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.

Sebastian Kurian - Head, Product Delivery/ Manufacturing & Operations

Sebastian brings 18+ years of experience in a number of technical and managerial roles in various fields of technology. He has driven multiple projects at Indian Navy’s Systems Engineering Establishment entailing systems engineering, systems integration, software development, embedded applications & multi-protocol systems interfacing. He was one of the four founder employees of the Silicon Valley start-up company “IOSpan Wireless” that was acquired by Intel. 

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Naval College of Engineering, a Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and has two years research experience at Stanford University, US.  He is a co-inventor of 18 issued US patents. Currently he heads the product delivery, manufacturing & operations of Tech Mahindra’s iPolicy network security and eDRM products.
